FAQ

Quick answers about KaxaPage.

Is this just a status page?

No. Status pages are great for publishing updates, but they don’t help you manage who can see what while you draft and review. KaxaPage focuses on controlled disclosure with approvals and an audit-friendly timeline.

Can I self-host?

Yes — it’s designed with self-hosting in mind. Packaging can evolve during early access.

Do I need it if we already use PagerDuty/Jira/Slack?

KaxaPage does not replace alerting or ticketing. It helps you keep a single narrative (timeline + decisions + safe updates) without copy-paste.

How does access control work?

Draft once, publish different safe views per audience (internal / partners / public). Approvals can be required before publishing.
